    Default Connection problems

    Hi all,<BR><BR>The tools I am using are PWS, Win 98 2nd Edition, and Office 97.<BR>I have created a system DSN and everything works great but when I try a DSNless connection I get the following error "Can&#039t locate provider".     Initialise a variable in your Global.asa in application onstart..<BR><BR>dim string<BR>Application("String") = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.3.51;Data Source=pathx.mdb" <BR><BR>Insert this code in your asp page where you open the connection..<BR><BR>dim cnn1<BR>dim strcnn<BR><BR>Set Cnn1 = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.CONNECTION")<BR> strCnn = Application("String")<BR> Cnn1.Open(strCnn)<BR><BR><BR>This should open the connection for you..
