It will. My host (IBM) does not grant admin rights to my user accounts, however I do have one account with those rights. When I use that account to log on to the server I only get an MMC console with one snap-in (XCache), so I can't access the command line. However, I could use that account to run an asp script. Could a WSH script be activated from asp?
A shared server? If so...They'll *never* let you do this. If you managed it, I'd bet your account would be shut down in a day.<BR>*Every* site on that machine would be effected....Not just yours.<BR><BR>If I'm off-base here...Please clarify. But I don't understand why you wouldn't have administrative contorl...*Unless* it's a shared box.
