If you're using SQL Server, your best bet would be to have a SQL Server Job which ran at a specified time and emailed people. There are articles all around the Internet on emailing from SQL Server.<BR><BR>However, if you're using Access, I would go down the VB app / VBScript file route. If you're sending a lot of emails, the script may take a long time to execute. If you run the process out of the context of IIS, it won't time out.<BR><BR>Craig.
