Hi i have a question:

What is the right procedure for updating a database, by
selecting a new/different file at the system DSN properties?

Why i ask this is because when i have a new database with a new structure for example, and i select this file through controlpanel > odbc data sources > system dsn > configure,
then it seems to use or have cached the old one, or even genrates an 500 internal error

more information is required to determine a solution to the problem. You are doing an unusual thing. DSN&#039s are created for static objects. Why would you frequently change the structure of a database?
