Default Creating database on the fly

I'm developing an ASP component that creates an Access database on-the-fly. Although it works on any machine running Windows 2000, it seems to crash on Windows NT. Every time the component tries to create a database on NT, I get the following error:

Automation error Library not registered.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm using the following code when creating the database:

Set myCatalog = New ADOX.Catalog
myCatalog.Create "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;" & _
"Jet OLEDB:Engine Type=5;" & _
"Data Source=" & Server.MapPath("test.mdb")

I've tried changing the Jet OLEDB:Engine Type from 5 to 4. Didn't work. I tried removing Jet OLEDB:Engine Type altogether. Worked fine on 2000, but still got the same "Automation error" message. Does anyone have any ideas?

Default Most likely....

The NT box has a pre-ADOX MDAC on it. Try updating to 2.5, or 2.7 and Jet4sp3
