Yep...N a lot of differences. The main ones, are far as I've been able to acertain, are in the supported VBA. You can actually set the default .mdb type to Access 2000, or 2002, and I've set mine to 2000 for compatibility with the others that I work with. <BR><BR>It's a little easier on the eyes, and it's a nice program. Haven't had any trouble with it yet.
