Default debugging using ASP and VB runtime

    Can anyone help please?
I am trying to run a COM object using ASP straight from VB using the start button (runtime mode I guess). I can do this on a Windows 98 machine, but Win2K will not let me do it giving the error :

'Server object, ASP 0178 (0x80070005)
The call to Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions. Access is denied to this object.'

I can not find the permission setting area anywhere. The COM object works fine when compiled to a DLL, ,but this is a pain as any changes require unregister of the DLL, reboot, delete DLL etc....

Anybody got any clues?
Thanks in advance
Neil
