Does anybody know what this error means:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e4d'
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Too many client tasks.

Its a new one to me.
...you're not closing and destroying your connections properly on each page.

As such, they stay open longer than they should, and the Access ODBC driver's got clogged up.

Craig.
...server or database being hit by other things?

Too bad it doesn't say what the "client" is... It could be that the server's too busy to respond to the query (hence there are "too many client tasks"), or that the database is busy talking to something else (which would also make sense with "too many client tasks").

However, knowing MS, it could be something else too. Have you tried searching around on google and things as wassup suggested?

Craig.
