    Default problem with history.back()

    when i use the following ways of history.back() in my program i get an *ERROR ON PAGE* displayed in the status bar of the browser window. but when i click on the link it works fine, goes back to the prev page. wondering why am i getting an error in the status bar. any comments? btw i use Microsoft IE browser .<BR><BR>&#060;a href="javascript:history.back()"&#062;Back&#060;/a&#062;<BR><BR>&#060;a href="javascript:self.history.go(-1)"&#062;Back&#060;/a&#062;<BR>

    Default It shouldn't cause an error..

    .. but, you should terminate JavaScript statements with a semi-colon.<BR><BR>But, I would guess you have a problem somewhere else in the page. Those 2 links look fine.<BR><BR>-Doug
