Help Please!

I am performing a lookup function that pulls a salesperson from the database based on security levels. I can get it to pull only the user that is logged in, but I am wanting administration level people to be able to see ALL sales people.

I am using "rep" as salespeople and "adm" as administration.

I only want salespeople to see only their name in the dropdown box.

I have declared a session variable on the login page, but I am not sure how to reference it in this case.

Hope this makes sense. I know it is confusing.

Here is my code:

Set RS2 = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")
SQL = "SELECT DISTINCT ac.hMy, ac.sAssoc, ac.sSecurity FROM assoc ac, district ds" _
& clsWhere & " and ac.cInactive = 'n' and ac.sAssoc <> ' ' " _
& " and ac.sSecurity = 'adm' or ac.sSecurity= 'rep' "_
& "ORDER by ac.sAssoc"
Set RS2 = Conn.Execute(SQL)
'If there is no record then exit the sub routine
If RS2.RecordCount = 0 then exit Sub
While NOT RS2.EOF
hID = RS2("hMy")
If Session("User") = RS2("hMy") then
sAssoc = RS2("sAssoc")
If cint(hID) = cint(Assoc) then
Response.Write "<OPTION VALUE = " & hID & " SELECTED>" & sAssoc & "</option>"
else
Response.Write "<OPTION VALUE = " & hID & ">" & sAssoc & "</option>"
End If
End If
