    Default Trapping Access DB Errors

    Hi I use ASP and Access databases for my apps. Is it possible<BR>to trap errors generated by the Access database in my ASP code and take appropriate action?<BR>Also is it possible to test in ASP code that a table in the database exists before inserting records?<BR>Thanks

    Use ON ERROR RESUME NEXT in your asp code, then after the DB insert/select etc. check the Connection.Errors collection.<BR><BR>Check the docs on the errors collection for more info.<BR><BR>I&#039;ve answered this question before in detail, might want to do a search on this site
