Default SQL Stored Procedure Question

Do recordsets populated by a Stored Procedure(SQL 7) have the same properties and methods as any other recordset?

I am asking because I just moved a select statement to a stored procedure and now I get the followin error on my page. I have checked several times to insure that all the fields from my old statement are included in the stored procedure. Just thought that since I am referenceing several fields by their index
rs(6) as opposed to rs("cataname") this might have something to do with my error.
Any ideas??

ADODB.Recordset error '800a0cc1'

Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.

/Includes/incHome.asp, line 25

yea they act the same, only thing if you are refering them as rs(6) or so, just remember that the count starts from 0

your problem may be *as far as i can guess*
rs(0), rs(1), rs(2), rs(3), rs(4), rs(5) (*NO* rs(6))
