Default vb script, dependent list boxes

Hi, i am trying to populate listboxes, or select boxes, with the same sql statement, and then allow the user to select a value in one listbox and when they select a value in the list box, that value will then be removed from the other list boxes on that web page. What i am trying to do is that the same person cannot be selected to do a class/subject at a particular time, if they are already selected to be doing another class/subject at that time..
think that that explains it well enough.if not please ask.

thanks in advance....
Default Quick search:

"How about a search?", I thought to myself. What about "dependent list boxes". That was what he put in his title, and it seems to describe the problem well.

On google returned this:
http://www.programmersresource.com/articles/listbox.asp

On www.4guysfromrolla.com returned this:
http://www.4guysfromrolla.com/webtech/061399-1.shtml

The latter link was written by Bill Wilkinson, so I'm SURE that it'll more than suffice.

In fact, this is a commonly asked question, and as such, there are many people who have answered it. In the future, you could do a search yourself and save yourself a lot of time.

Craig.
