    Default ODBC vs OLEDb

    There are different ways to connect to a database, <BR>with DSN w/o DSN and using ODBC or OLEDB,<BR>now my question is what the hell is this OLEDB and<BR>does its usage improves the performance in any way<BR>Please enlighten me .

    Default RE: ODBC vs OLEDb

    Always use the OLE DB Provider whenever possible. It is much faster and more fault tolerant.<BR><BR>Do a search on microsoft&#039s site using keyword "OLE DB<BR>
