## Beginner - multidimensional array

I've set up a form that pulls employee names from a database and puts them in a table and adds a checkbox:
Dim arrEmp(20)
i = 0
Do While NOT oRS.EOF
Response.Write "<TR>"
arrEmp(i) = oRS("Emp")
Response.Write "<TD><input type 'checkbox' name='arrEmp(i)' value = '1'></TD>
Response.Write "<TD>" & UCase(oRS("Emp")) & "</TD></TR>"
i = i + 1
oRS.MoveNext
Loop

I need to pass the array and values to the next page to perform the updates. I've used the following to set the String, but how do I get the values?

Dim iLoop, strEmp
For iLoop = LBound(arrEMP) to UBound(arrEMP)
strEmp = strEmp & "Emp=" & arrEmp(iLoop)
strEmp = strEmp & "&"
Next

For iLoop = LBound(arrEMP) to UBound(arrEMP)%>
<INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="EMPS" VALUE="<%=arrEmp(iLoop)%>">
&#06 0;%Next%>

The FAQ's above are great for this type of question.

http://www.aspfaqs.com/aspfaqs/ShowFAQ.asp?FAQID=63

Thanks Doug, that did help some, but what I'm trying to do is tell if a Checkbox is checked or not. I used a different article to get the variables to pass to an "action" page, but I can't seem to pull the data for checkboxes. I used the following article link: http://www.4guysfromrolla.com/ASPscripts/PrintPage.asp?REF=/webtech/100199-2.2.shtml
