Default My objRec.Filter does not work

    I have connected to a Access Database and would like to display
the data for the logged-in users
<%=Session("client")%> returns Dani (for example, works)

objRec.Filter = "username = &#039dani&#039" would work as well but

objRec.Filter = "username = " & Session("client") won&#039t work.

Thanks for any help

    The single quotes are missing
You have to do:

objRec.Filter = "username = &#039" & Session("client") & "&#039 "

So that when you
Response.write objFilter
it will return a line that is exactly the same as the one that works.
