Default A little help with a query :)

I have a database where people go in and enter responsibilities -- so there's a few tables.. USS (the employees and their ID numbers) ROLES (the roles and the role's ID number, linked with the employee ID) and RESPONSIBILITIES, the table that holds entries from the user.. It holds their employee id and the role ID....

Anyway, I'm wanting to run a query that will display the name of the responsibility and the number of people that have chosen it as a responsibility.. Any help is appreciated. I just don't know how to structure the SQL statement...

dep
