But if I say<BR><BR>Response.write(aDescription)<BR>Respons e.write(aDescription)<BR><BR>it is not displaying the second time. It displays only the 1st time and it skips. I don't know what is the reason. The only conclusion I can make out is that of the datatype on the Server.<BR><BR>The "Version" is of "varchar" type, whereas the "Description" is of "ntext" type. Does the datatype of a variable affects the display of it.<BR><BR>any help please.<BR>thanks.
