Default Deleting Access Database Entries

    Hi,
How would I be able to delete records in a database? Using a Do While not .EOF or If statement to delete the matching record then to determine if the record exists, if it does not exist in the table then to have an else response to this (ie response.write "the record you want to remove does not exist"). I am allowing the user to enter a field into a form then taking that value to compare to matching values in the DB. Then deleting the matching values in the table.
Thanx Lizelle

    Open your copy of Access.
Go to queries create new query in design view.
Choose a delete query.
Enter a field and a criteria.
View the query in SQL view.
Copy the code, study it, adapt it for your purposes.
