    Default Problems after moving to MySQL

    I am getting the following error on many of my pages after moving over from an Access database to MySQL. Any ideas?<BR><BR>Here is the error.<BR>Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error &#039;80040e21&#039; <BR>Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done. <BR><BR>/admin/addcat.asp, line 19 <BR><BR>Here is my code with line numbers.<BR><BR>11 objConn.Open<BR><BR>13 strSQL = "Select * FROM Category ORDER BY Category"<BR><BR>15 Set objRS = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")<BR>16 objRS.Open strSQL, objConn, 3, 3<BR><BR>18 objRS.AddNew<BR>19 objRS("Category") = Request.Form("txtCategory")<BR><BR>21 objRS.Update<BR>

    I don&#039;t think mySQL has the same cursor support as Access and SQL Server. just use a SQL update instead of the recordset method (which is very innefficient anyway)<BR><BR><BR>j<BR>
