    As read in Bart Silverstein&#039;s artiche "", I&#039;ve tryed to use the Wscipt.Shell to run a batch script (doping.bat), but got an error, it follows:<BR>***<BR>Server object error &#039;ASP 0177 : 8002801d&#039;<BR>Server.CreateObject Failed<BR>/e_monitor/default.asp, line 96<BR>Library not registered<BR>***<BR>Btw, line 96 is the following:<BR>***<BR>Set WShShell = Server.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")<BR>***<BR>My page (try to) work in a NT4/IIS4/SP6+SRU (Microsoft server rollup update) context.<BR>As I try to register the wshom.ocx, I got a fail with a return code 0x80040201.<BR>My wshom.ocx, which I found in C:WINNT.SBSSYSTEM32 is about 72Kb; I have tried the same with another host, where I found a wshom.ocx of about 101Kb. The error I get is the same.<BR>Could anybody help me?<BR>Thanks,<BR><BR>Six

    I think there is an installer for WScript. You might need to do more than just the OCX.<BR><BR>Your error message is showing that you don&#039;t have the object installed correctly.<BR><BR>-Doug
