## Numbering Arrays Dynamically?

Is there any way to write they ary1 in the first part of my equation as "ary"&x so I can generate it dynamically?

array1= ary1 + ar1 + "?#\$"

(something like "array"&x="ary"&x + "ar"&x "#\$?" -- which won't work of course)

I am creating arrays, and I don't know how many there will be each time, and I don't know how to test if an array exists (can you check?)

So I would like to do it dynamically, based an integer I can grab from my table.
You would need to create an array of arrays.

Yes, you can check to see if a variable is an array by doing:
If IsArray(var) Then
'you have an array
Else
'you don't have an array
End If

-Doug

Neither actually... I take a minute or two jumping between windows.

VB, Interdev, SQL Manager, Component Services, IE 1 (local app), IE 2 (aspmessageboard)...

Just can't seem to get interested in what I'm working on, so this is a nice outlet.

-doug
