Default Recordset Error / DB Access

I just had to rebuild my development machine and ran into a small problem. I restored all of my DBs into SQL Server 7 and now when I try to open recordsets I get an error.

I think it's a simple fix just unsure of what it is.

If my script opens a recordset by doing the following it bombs and says "Arguments are of the wrong type, are out of acceptable range, or are in conflict with one another".:

objRS.Open strSQL, objConn, adOpenStatic, adLockReadOnly, adCmdText (this doesn't work)

However, if I remove the following they open fine with no problem:

objRS.Open strSQL, objConn (this works fine)

Did I miss setting something up in rebuilding SQL Server 7 and restoring DBs?

Thanks.
