Default ADOX

I used the code in your article "Working with ADOX" and I got this error message: The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file 'c:inetpubwwwrootdoctors11.mdb'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data. How can I fix the security options of Access 2000 to programmatically create databases?
The permissions for your DB folder or application server are not setup correctly. They need to all be white boxes with ticks not grey. You will find that the connection tests okay, but its not.

Thanks,
Andrew Miles
