Server.MapPath... Right. The server interprets this and says "If I have this virtual path, what's the physical path?".

The ASP intrinsic objects are not available through .VBS files. Think about it:

If you're running something using a .vbs file, it is no longer tied to an IIS application ("website"). As a result, it no longer knows where the virtual root starts, and cannot find the physical path. It's the same with Response/Request HTTP headers and Session/Application objects.

Sorry :)

Craig.
SET fs = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
myPa th = fs.GetAbsolutePathName ("c:")

GetAbsolutePathName returns the path wher the .VBS file is located. You have to supply at least the drivename.
