    Default Email with Data update

    Hi,<BR>Can anybody help me know : As soon as soon as I click the submit button not only the acknowledgement mail is fired to the customer with the details he filled in the form but the database also get&#039;s updated simultaneously with the in-putted data. How to do both the things in one go?<BR><BR>Best Regards,<BR>Nilabdhi<BR>

    Default and for more confort...

    you may consider <BR>1/ separate the process in 2 and check <BR><BR>but the onepage process works fine<BR>2/ always place the mail part AFTER the database update (so that in case it fails or hangs, yo do not loose the user details)<BR><BR>3/ have a response.flush between database update and mail (so that the user is freed and can move quickly some where else<BR><BR>4/ even better use ASP Q MAil instead of ASP MAil (see for details) It will free the ASP process even faster
