Default Passing Values

    Hi Folks,
My page works perfectly in IE 4.0 and IE 5.0 but in IE 5.5 and IE 6.0 I cannot pass a querystring from one page to another. I am getting [object] instead of the value I am passing through. I am passing the value like so:

genrepform.Action = "changepgno.asp?outreport="&outreport

And receiving it in the other page:

inreportno=Request.querystring("outre port")

Any Help is much appreciated

Default RE: Passing Values

    genrepform.Action = "changepgno.asp?outreport="&outreport

If this is C/S JS then try:
//...
var outreport = "test"
document.forms.genrepform.Action = "changepgno.asp?outreport=" + outreport
//...

Also, I'm not sure how valid putting querystring in action is, the standard might be to do this:
..
document.forms.genrepform.outreport .value = outreport;
document.forms.genrepform.Action = "changepgno.asp";
..
<form name=genrepform>
<input type=hidden name=outreport>
..
