Requested operation requires a current record.

/welcome.asp, line 0

I want to redirect to a login page..What is the best way to go about this? I am not using cookies either..

TIA
Ken

at the very top of your page check if the session is still on. If it is not on (after 20 minutes idle) then redirect to login page.

ex.

If session("login") = "" then
response.redirect ("login.asp")
end If

    Default Try the Session_OnEnd event

but be aware this is NOT assured cause that event is kinda buggy.

why not just check on the top of each page....redirect if a user trys to acces the page without session variables.
