take a backup onto a tape or disk then take that to the new server open up the enterprise manager and restore it.

If you need more info than what i have jsut given you try this site

www.microsoft.com/sql/

guess I was less than specific....the SQL Database is on my current ISP SQL Server of which I only have FTP & normal Web access. I'm move to another ISP SQL Server with FTP & normal Web Access. How do I get the DB moved?
how will you get the data???

Everything is in the enterprise manager.

The only way is ask your current ISP to back it up and give you the file...then you use FTP to get that file and restoree it on the new server.....to "transfer" it you HAVE TO back it up and then restore it.

And much faster than the back up ****...

Just detach the old database, move the file, and reattach. It really is faster than backups... Use this method especially if you want all the original records intact.
