You can use the Windows Scripting Host. However, it's EXCEPTIONALLY bad practise. Think about it - you get 100 hits in a minute on your website and the server has to execute 100 versions of that .exe or .dll....<BR><BR>If there's any other way around it, do it.<BR><BR>Craig.
No there is no way around it. What I'm trying to do would only happen on the average 2 or 3 hits a week. This is a metric website where someone can get code count for a release or application. This executable would generate a text report and it will be display via a web page. Do you have any other ideas??
